Hints & TipsFill-In-The-Blank-StoryThis is a great exercise for children in any phase of learning to talk. Tell your child a story leaving out words for things or actions. His/Her task is to either say or act out the missing words. The stories can be familiar ones or ones that are made up. This also works well for children learning sign language. Make it a family activity by involving all your children in "Story Time". |
